Machine Gun Kelly

MachineColson Baker (born April 22 (born on April 22, 1990) is an American singer and rapper. The rapper is well-known as Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) as a songwriter, actor and a singer. His genre duality in hip-hop and alternative rock is what made him famous. The mixtapes he released were four from 2007 to 2010, and then signed with Bad Boy Records. He released his debut album called Lace Up in 2012, and peaked at number 4 on the US Billboard 200 and contained his breakout single "Wild Boy" (featuring Waka Flocka Flame). The second and third albums, General Admission (2015) and Bloom (2017), achieved similar success in the marketplace; the second album featured the single "Bad Things" (with Camila Cabello), which peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100. His fourth album, Hotel Diablo (2019) featured the rap aspect of rock.Machine Gun Kelly debuted his fifth album, Tickets to My Downfall, in 2020; it marked the complete detour from hip hop and entry into the world of pop punk. The album debuted at the top spot on the Billboard 200, the only rock album to do so in the year it was released, and featured the single "My Ex's Best Friend" which climbed to the 20th spot on the Hot 100. The album was followed by the Mainstream Sellout (2022) and had him achieving similar commercial success. He has since appeared in the suspense film Nerve (2016), the horror Bird Box (2018) and the comedy Big Time Adolescence and the biopic The Dirt (both 2019).
